Local Aid

We are receiving less in local aid today we did did 7 years ago. By some estimates Medford has lost out on over 40 million dollars. This lack of local aid has put pressure on our local governments to raise property taxes. Seniors on fixed income budgets are feeling this rise in taxes more than any other group.

We must work to restore local aid so that we can alleviate property tax pressures on seniors.

Prescription Advantage

Give seniors a tax credit for volunteering and performing non-profit work.
