Speed with discipline. We redesigned WHERE's flagship app on five mobile platforms in six months, which meant scoping ruthlessly, shipping in parallel, and never letting perfect block done. Made In Motion promises "specify it today, use it tomorrow," and keeping that promise takes exactly the shipping muscle I built here.
I managed the redesign of WHERE's flagship local search app across all five mobile platforms in six months.
Active users grew 50% and revenue 33%, reaching four million monthly active users. I was awarded a patent for location-based group recommendations. WHERE was acquired by PayPal in 2011.
