My Take
This is the chat-as-OS thesis going mainstream. The threat isn't to Adobe's tools — it's to Adobe's distribution. If 80% of casual creative work starts inside Gemini, Adobe becomes a feature provider, not a destination. Watch which app stores fight back: Microsoft will counter inside Copilot, Apple will lean on on-device. For any SaaS company, the strategic question is no longer "what's our AI feature" but "are we a destination or an integration." Pick wrong and you lose the customer relationship.
