My Take
Google's advantage here is that nobody else can credibly offer their own frontier model plus Anthropic's plus third-party orchestration under one bill. That's Microsoft's Azure-OpenAI dependency inverted. The open question is whether enterprises want one vendor for everything or prefer to cherry-pick. My bet: Fortune 500 IT buyers will consolidate on two platforms — Microsoft for Office-heavy shops and Google for data-heavy shops — while AWS becomes the "bring any model" default.
